The Roadie Tuner app is not able to hear my instrument and/or the tuning process is taking too long. What do I do?

    The Roadie worked great when new.  I have a Roadie 1.  I haven't used it in 6 months - and an update to IOS.  I contacted customer support and after several requests from Band Industries for more info, and several reboots, resets, firmware checks etc, now no response at all.  I would think twice before buying this product.  It's a great idea, and fairly well executed, but support is not good.  Very disappointed!
