    Hi Rody, is there a way that I can do a firmware update through the USB cable since I'm trying to solve the issue of not being able to connect to the app with a Android tablet.?

    Hi Roadie,   I ended up pairing the 2 with my Android phone without issue.  i did the firmware update successfully.  Once done, i tried to pair with my Galaxy tab S3 (mod SM-T820, Android v.8.0.0 )  The app crashes as soon as i click OK to the Turn on Roadie screen.   Since i use my Tab as my teleprompter on stage, i would much rather have the app on this device instead of my phone.  Any suggestions you can send would be appreciated before i spend time on the phone with support.  Thank you.

    hello i'm trying to update the firmware to roadie 2 but when i do it it throws me off bluetooth sync and it can't be done. Do we have any solution to the problem?

    My Roadie Bass now thinks it's a Roadie 2 and now I can't tune my bass.  I submitted a support request 2 days ago only to be met with indifferent silence.  Can I get some help?
