Make sure that Roadie’s battery is sufficiently charged. Plug Roadie 2 into the charger and make sure the charging LED (next to the micro USB plug) is red (charging) for at least 20 minutes or green (fully charged).
If step 1 does not solve the problem, a hard reset might be required. Insert a pin into the reset hole as shown in these simple hard reset steps. Rest assured, resetting Roadie 2 will not erase your data.
